Where are Brightland olive oils sourced?
All of our olives are grown on family-run California farms and are cold-pressed within 90 minutes of harvest to ensure peak flavor and nutritional density.
What is the shelf life of your olive oil?
Our olive oils are best enjoyed within 18 months of their harvest date or 6 months after opening. We recommend storing them in a cool, dark place to preserve their quality.
Can I include a personalized note with a gift set?
Yes, you can add a custom gift message at checkout. Our gift sets are also designed to be beautiful upon arrival, so we never include pricing on the packing slip.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Are Brightland products organic?
While we are not certified organic, our partner farms follow sustainable, pesticide-free practices, and our oils are always non-GMO and free from additives or fillers.
