Due to the perishable nature of our premium olive oils and gift sets, we are unable to accept physical returns of food items once they have been delivered. If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or if you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt for a full replacement or refund.
Return Process

Upon arrival, please carefully inspect your Brightland bottles and gift packaging for any signs of transit damage or leaks.

If there is an issue with your order, take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping label to help our team expedite your claim.
- 3.Contact Concierge
Send an email to our support team with your order number and the photos of your items to initiate a resolution.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once your claim is reviewed, we will issue a replacement shipment or a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
